the location was very nice and within walking distance to many places. the staff were polite and helpful , even offered us free upgrades.
the room was too small , and we asked for slippers and they only had one. there was no toothpaste or remote control for the tv.

The hotel location impressed me. It sits near rembrandt square. i found the self-check-in kiosk convenient upon arrival. the staff was courteous assisting guests with check-in procedures. the shop inside offered useful items i needed .
the room size was smaller than expected. there was limited space to move around with luggage.

the location was central and convenient. the staff was friendly. i received balloons and sweets in my room upon arrival because it was my birthday. the room was very modern. it was also clean.
the room was very small! i had chosen a small double room though this was the smallest room i've ever stayed in. there wasn't place to leave stuff. the price was quite a bit. the hotel didn't have any adapters to lend us though i find most other hotels do.

unclean roomchaotic check-in
the room was not very clean. i noticed glass rings on surfaces, a bit of mold in the grout in the bathroom, and visible splashes on the tile in the shower. also, the check-in area was a bit chaotic. there were many different counters, it wasn't clear where to go, and staff were all over the place!

The standard double room i had was quite clean and was a good size. a self-service shop operated 24/7 in the hotel. It was very convenient. the hotel's location proved excellent for accessing various places.
the room lacked slippers and a bathrobe though the bed was comfortable.
